Returns must be done within 30 days of your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return by mail
Contact our customer service team on [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Please send the item via registered mail to the below address and inform us of the tracking number.

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.
Refund process
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund in gift card will be issued.
