We at Velo Velo understands that you're excited about your purchase, and we love it when you're able to cycle happy. That's why we want to surprise you in terms of shipping. First, we ship GLOBALLY. Secondly, each parcel comes with a tracking code for the ease of mind. Thirdly, we're using a reliable partner - DHL for global shipping so that you can track your parcel real time. All prices indicated are in Singapore dollars.
A) Shipping fee

FREE for purchase above SGD $50
SGD $5 shipping fee for order below SGD $50
Outside of Singapore**
For International order - Asia, shipping is free for orders over S$400 and S$50 for orders under S$400. Please note order will still be subjected to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.
For International order - Australia, shipping is a fixed fee at S$100, order will also be subjected to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.
For International order - Rest of the world, shipping is a fixed fee at S$200, order will also be subjected to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.
B) Shipping period and tracking
Packing and arrangement of online orders are done on a daily basis (excluding Weekend). Please do allow 3-5 working days (not inclusive of pickup) for the courier to do it’s delivery.
We go the extra mile to register your purchase because we know how important it is to you. Yup that's right, enjoy registered mail at no extra cost. You can track your order via the tracking link send in the order confirmation email. Please allow 3 working days for the link to be updated.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
